At Aurel Wear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@aurelwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Intimate or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@aurelwear.com.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank
